Abstract
Modern functional dentistry of adult patients was changing beyond TMJ and CR to airway dentistry, relationship between lower jaw position and posture, anti-aging dentistry. These approaches created a transdisciplinary treatment, where the dentist becomes a part of a team of specialists.

One of the most common functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system is asymmetry.  Muscle imbalance combines posture, cervical-head disorders and facial aesthetics. Age-related changes affect all of these regions.

Modern diagnostic devices allow a detailed assessment of the start condition and step-by-step monitoring of the effectiveness of treatment. We will present our diagnostic protocol and clinical cases of functional treatment. From posture to facial aesthetics, using the entire possibilities of neuromuscular dentistry.
